About Me

Hello! My name is Jason. I’m an Air Force Veteran, father of two, and have been working in the home improvement industry for over 20 years. Before joining the service, I started working summers in high school for a construction company cleaning and learning the trades. During my time in the military, I was part of a civil engineering unit. After 4 years, I transferred to the RI National Guard in Quonset RI where I finished my degree in civil engineering. After many years working for a large remodeling company, I started Marvel back in 2010, starting out with small jobs at first before going full time in 2016. Now, almost 10 years later and a few less hairs, Marvel has become a leading contracting company throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I personally want to thank all past and current homeowners for entrusting me and my company.

I would use Marvel contracting again for other projects we are considering. We had a paver patio built below to the side of our deck recently. Estimate was broken down in terms that were accurate and easy to understand. Once work commenced it progressed quickly in a timely fashion. Workers were careful to minimize damage to lawn by carefully moving materials to work area. Work was done with quality in mind. Defects of stone pavers from supplier were quickly replaced. Setting The Budgets

No one likes wasting money. We want to earn your business but not spend your money foolishly. Knowing what we are working with will help us best with certain materials and how much project you’ll be able to get. We’ll go into much detail about this in our meeting.

Knowing What You Want

Pinterest and google image the heck out of it! Knowing exactly how you want it to look will make the proposal faze a breeze. It’ll help figuring out the budgets too. We’re pretty darn good at bringing ideas to life and assisting with ideas but the more the merrier!

Are You Ready For The Noise?

OK, this a big one! Not everyone is prepared for the noisy and ugly part. Your home will be turned upside down. It’ll be noisy, dusty and unfamiliar faces in or around your home. But don’t worry, we’ll walk you through what we do to minimize that stress. It’ll all be worth it!

How Will This Benefit You?

Will this project make you less stressed when using the new space? Will it make more space? Are there other projects that need more attention first? What type of resale value does it have? We suggest writing out the pros and cons of your project and if the pros out weigh the cons, then its a no brainer. Again, we’re in the business of not wasting your money. We like to know your project is in your best interest
